A study on copyright and piracy case

Recently piracy is an ethical issue in academia and study field. In fact, this has been done unconsciously from long time ago but this did not become social issue or public issue. However, as definition and scope of copyright were re-established, seriousness of piracy and unfair practice of study is under discussion, and a lot of related education and program are being developed. The study investigated limitation scope of copyright through kind of objects of copyright and classification of copyright. In addition, the author examined piracy case and type of study unfair practice, so inquired into measures for piracy and education.
